It’s funny you claim to be “the king” but you are probably some 40+ year old man who has literally invested nothing into these kids winning anything over the last 6 years but want to act like you have won something. I am a die hard fort hill fan but the kids/coaches are the Kings. Not you sir.
Relax footballer, he's just having some fun with some of the Haters on this board. You know the ones who post threads that berate and belittle kids and their football program. And, of course, they respond.
What can be said now? An FH team that many people felt would lose 2+ games, possibly lose to Allegany this year(just laughable but nevermind), and maybe make the state game but lose by 2 TD's+ against Dunbar. Guess what though, they went 13-0, and even won that coveted state title with other great teams in 1A.
Well. Just going on what was put in this particular thread a year ago. FH went on a run with no real teams in 1A. This year they won a title in a 1A class that had Dunbar and Douglass PG. Who were very good teams

100% true... zero connection or investment at all of any kind other than paying stadium admission and buying hot dogs. Sorry.. attending pee wee feeder program games doesn't count either. Neither does driving to out of town 7 on 7 competitions.
The FH players, coaches, players parents and other behind the scenes, legitimate supporters of the program (Todd, FHHSAHS, etc.) are the people that this belongs to. Not the dude sitting in the parking lot on his phone reporting the weather on here and jerking off in anticipation of the game that he has absolutely no connection with, other than being an alum. And this isn't FH-specific... both sides have 40+ year old dudes like the one in Friday Night Lights yelling "BILLINGSLEYYYYYYYY!!!"
With that said I did get to watch most of the replay, although the streaming quality was crap. Awesome game, big time win for FH and a great season from start to end. Someone made the point earlier that a lot of fans, even some FH guys, claimed that this would be a down year for the Sentinels, which makes this an even better win for the kids and the coaches.
Big congrats to the real Fort Hill people. As an Alco guy, we have our share of clowns too, so I empathize. Y'all are running at a high level, and like I stated last year, the run FH is on lately may never be matched. I think even if Appel did retire this year, it probably wouldn't matter because your program is very strong from top to bottom. Hoping ours can get back to that type of level at some point soon.
Once again, some clowns here want to call me out but can't even bother to read the original post and look in the mirror. Nothing, not a word. A post that was made immediately after FH lost the title game last year meant to do nothing but belittle teenagers who worked their asses off. Thats right. Just for the record..... in the other thread I was the first one to congratulate FH on their victory before the game was over.... I posted it on their deciding drive.
Ugh, but before closing shop on the year.... During halftime, I was in the kitchen and heard the announcers say they were interviewing Appel. But you know, that sure didn't sound like him. Whom did FH run out to the cameras and why didn't they correct it and give whomever credit for the kind words.

I am not one in favor of censorship but I have blocked several posters that often hijack threads and try to steer the discussion away from football. It cleans up the vulgarity and nonsense for your viewing. I can still see posters replying to these other posters blocked messages. This board could use an objective moderator.
