The Huskies won a huge 1A West game tonight. Not too surprised about outcome. Northern is going to be fighting for that 3rd and 4th spots coming down the stretch.

Northern plays Allegany, Mt. Ridge and Boonsboro on consecutive weeks. Huge games in deciding 1A West.

I will be very interested to see how those three games play out. Mountain Ridge is basically in win out mode if they hope to make the playoffs. They really can't afford another loss if they want to make it in the 2A West. The two Howard County teams inserted in that region hurts the rest of the region. But, to be honest, you need to beat the best to become the best.

The Allegany/Northern game is going to be very interesting. Don't really know that to expect minus Northern coming to play. What Alco team shows up?
