Go to the Montgomery County message board. Some believe Dunbar could have been the best team in the state.

The reality is some 1A teams are just way beyond your typical football team in MD, regardless of classification. Others - well - not so much.

Furthermore, many of the playoff scores, regardless of classification, have been very lopsided this year.

So because Douglas-PG beat Dunbar you downplay everything. Douglas-PG would beat 60% of 2A teams and some 3A -and 4A teams. Dunbar despite losing to Douglas-PG would beat 90% of 2A schools and many 3A and 4A schools.

Talk about upsets. When is the last time Dunbar lost at home (or in Baltimore City) as a 1A school in the playoffs?
