I know FH always says they are stronger in the weight room. Matt Fuzie from Alco won the bench press with 42 reps at 135 pounds, he will be a junior.

For the umpteenth time..... Alco has no depth: this year, even less with the loss of their outside speed.

Good for him. However, Fort Hill still has the better weight program between the two. Allegany's has gotten a lot better under Hansel

Officially I think they said Matt did 43 reps and the FH kid did 41 reps. I don’t know what he total count is, someone told me about Matt and I heard FH won the nugget eating contest. The best part Chik-filet is donating money towards Ben Starr

The weight program at FH is just one of the many increments that make them a full program. They have pretty good equipment too from what I remember.

Haven't toured the new Alco weight room yet, but Bryan does do a good job there with what he has.
