Commercial Video Fort Hill at CSD livestream and cable TV information.

Commercial Video plans to broadcast Friday night's Fort Hill at Cambridge South Dorchester 1A football playoff game. We can stream it LIVE online, IF we can get more sponsors to cover the MPSSAA $500 live fee, and $300 live remote costs. That $800 is on top of the $750 we are already have to pay MPSSAA. Yes, $1,250 just in MPSSAA fees. If we cannot get enough sponsorship or donations to go live, we will be delay-broadcast the game as usual.

The game will remain delayed on Breezeline Cable channel 20/2001, and will be shown Saturday, November 23 at 7PM since MPSSAA charges $1,500 for a live TV broadcast.

We would be happy to make the game live online instead of delayed, but we need sponsor/doner help to make that happen. Please contact Greg at 301-724-2799 for sponsorship information. You can also make a direct donation to the broadcast on our website at https://commercialvideoservices.com/webcasts.htm

We will post if the game is going to be live or delayed by noon on Friday. Thank you!

Northern at Mountain Ridge prediction

The winner makes it to at least the semifinals. Quite possibly to Annapolis.

OK, that does depend on how the other match ups go this weekend and the reseeding that follows. If the rain holds off I will have to sneak up to Frostburg for this Friday night game that went to overtime about a month ago in Accident. Looks to me like both of these teams may have improved some since their last duel.

penalties

I seem to recall a post about a FH coach saying they couldn't wait to go on the road in the playoffs since they'd be getting away from Cumberland refs...5 penalties and we aren't out of the first quarter.. Maybe this is part of the problem - the coaches actually believe these penalties are the refs fault? First play of the game penalty, third play of the game penalty, unsportsmanlike for the umpteenth time this year.
Is Hodge a really great qb or is the FH d just not that interested in tackling him? There is no pressure on the qb, the wide receivers are wide open, are they just phoning it in? Let some guys in that want to play.
Make that 6 penalties and counting.

Fort Hill forfeit status - The Appeal

Just to keep fans up to date...

Fort Hill has not had their appeal heard with the MPSSAA yet at this time. There was not enough time today (Monday) to make any decision before the playoff match ups are to be announced by 4:30. So Fort Hill will accept their 2-7 forfeit record in regards to playoff status and seeding.

Fort Hill has 30 days to appeal the regular season wins they forfeited. If they would win that case, their wins would be restored for the state record books. But it has no bearing on the current playoff seedings. FH will likely wait until their season is over before setting up the appeal. If by chance FH would win the state championship --- the rings will bear 12-2. Whatever.

Whoever filed the initial "anonymous" tip wasn't cunning enough to wait until this week. Had this all went down right now, the FH season would be over. No postseason for the Sentinels.

FH at Cleaspring game. We can stream it live but need $ help!

Commercial Video plans to broadcast Thursday night's Fort Hill at Clear Spring 1A football playoff game LIVE online, IF we can get more sponsors to cover the additional MPSSAA fee, and live remote costs. If we cannot get enough sponsorship or donations to go live, it will be delay-broadcast as usual.

The game will remain delayed on Cable channel 20/2001, unless we get a lot more sponsorship to cover the MPSSAA "live TV' fee so we can be live on cable as well.
