I know this is a football forum but still like to recognize the Southern Wrestlers and Coach Dave Taylor on their third straight Class A State Wrestling Championship. A model of hard work and consistency for the entire team.

Said this many times...but out of all the sports and activities I have done in my life, the four most tiring were (past tense):
1. Wrestling
2. Swimming
3. Track (I hated the freaking 400 meter, or 440 when I was in high school)
4. Ultimate
