#1 Fort
Hill vs. #1 Douglass
On Fort Hill: The dream season at Fort Hill has
continued and all they need to achieve the final goal is just one more victory.
The Sentinels have cruised during much of the playoffs but likely have a game on
their hands here. DeKarai Darr, Ty Johnson, and a powerful offensive line
have been vital to their success moving the chains. This team has a knack
for lighting up the scoreboard in a hurry and must find a way to do that here.
Fort Hill MVP: Ty Johnson
On Douglass: Six shutouts and some stellar
play on the defensive side of the football are why Douglass is undefeated and
playing for the championship. Donyae Moody has dominated on D and his play
has been crucial to his team getting so many big stops. The offense has
remained extremely balanced with Camron West, Da'Quan Alexander, and Michael
Owens all capable of moving the chains. The Mighty Ducks have come to play
during much of the season.
Douglass MVP: Donyae Moody
Prediction: Douglass 21, Fort Hill 20
Why: The balance of Douglass
offensively to move the football.
Conference in
Prediction: Low
