The lost the AAA title game today to Ripley after winning AA last year.

Maybe someone can shed some light on why teams that threw fits and complained about their new classifications in football were able to drop back down for that sport but the rest of the sports got stuck on the AAA level. Frankfort baseball and softball wins AA by the run rule if they were still in that class.

I thought Frankfort appealed and were able to stay in double A for football for 1 year. That classification they did was crazy. I don’t know if the numbers are correct, online it shows Frankfort has 475 students the schools they are playing against has around 800. East Hardy won WV baseball championship going into the playoffs with a losing record

Why does Frankfort always have to whine about playing better competition? they made the state title game in baseball and the semis in softbsall. Sounds to me like they were in the right class. Alco baseball competes in a class that has schools with 300+ more students and you won't hear them complain. Crying about playing better comp is the FALCON WAY.

It's all about attitude and not making excuses. I'd love to hear them say just once after a defeat that the other team was just better. Instead, I hear "they're bigger, we had to play on their field, they got Home Cookin calls from the Refs, etc...". Of course, the best excuse that I ever heard came in 2023, the loss at Spring Mills football game, " We would have won the game but that transfer kid from Fort Hill fumbled the ball on that last drive!". I understand that Frankfort had a pretty good Baseball team this year, but it's OK to get beat by a team that's better.
