The article also mentions that in "High School Football America's" rankings CP is ranked 19th in the East region... Either someone got some bad info or these ranking services dont know what they're talking about...

Yes, they did, but I think I remembering reading within the past two years that Canadian teams are no longer sanctioned by the MPSSAA.
