WHO YA GOT???

Next thing you'll tell us is that the Chiefs don't get help from the refs.
yeah I know it's the Ref's fault The Bengals player hit Mahomes 2 feet out of bounds last year. it's also The Chiefs Fault Likely couldn't get his toe down and throw in yesterday, The refs caused The Raiders to snap the ball with The QB clueless because the coaches didn't get a play called before the mic cutoff lol
Really though, FH doesn't look good to me and Northern has improved all season long.
I am rooting for FH, I just would not be surprised to see them lose this year

FH beat Northern 42-7 in week one. Both teams have improved considerably, but I’m still giving FH the nod, 35-21

After the last couple of games FH has played who knows... Predictions, at this point, are out the window. It seems like every game is a guess.

You hit the nail on the head. After FH had beaten Alco twice in a row and some were getting a little cocky I thought it was only fair to point out after BW FH hadn't really had any competition so it was hard to really say how much they had improved. Since then they have played three road games two of which were against teams that know FH and have beaten FH and are not intimidated or in awe of the Wing-T. Since Northern lost to Alco they have beaten Southern twice, a very banged up MR team, a Boonesboro team which is usually a pretty solid team, and SEED. Now aside from the outlier, Boonesboro, they haven't beaten anybody. FH has now been battle tested and above all you can't ignore FH beat them 42-7 when they last faced off. I love a good Cinderella story but if FH doesn't take this for granted, keeps the penalties and the turnovers to a minimum, and can use some common sense when it's fourth down in your territory...it shouldn't be close.

For what it's worth, BW is in the VA state 5A semis. FH is much more battle tested than Northern. Agree with your conclusions about next week.

Is this a hint that Sherando may be on the schedule next year, along with Dunbar and Bridgeport (WV board confirmation that Bridgeport and Fort Hill have agreed to play in 2025)?
No, not to my knowledge. Outside of Virginia Week 1 and Week 2, Sherando is locked into district play every week these days.

FH VS NORTHERN GARRETT????

I'm Gonna Go First....

The Biggest Upset You've Ever Seen Happens Next Week.

Northern Huskies 27 Fort Hill 21
FH by whatever Alkire wants to win by. It's not Alkire's style to embarrass teams by running up the score. Just a message to the Sentinel players. Northern may be in Awe of your program, and your successes, but they will not bow down, nor lay down for you. Prepare for them with respect.

I am sure Northern got better since they last lost to Alco but if a team that got beat by Hampshire, Ridge and Alco who also got beat by FH 35-0 at halftime in Accident the first game turns around and wins i will be stone shocked to no end. it would be the greatest upset in the history of local area football.

The win over mountain Ridge was not really surprising. The game was close and northern intercepted a pass for a pick six late in the fourth quarter.

The win over Boonsboro was shocking. Boonsboro was very big and I really thought they would beat Northern

I just watched the Seed game and they were very athletic, but northern was way too physical for them.

Northern looks to be a formidable opponent on tape.
I just don’t see Northern being able to run the ball consistently against that Fort Hill defense. I expect it to be a much better game than the first. Somewhere in the vicinity of 28 to 10..
