McDonough defensive lineman Mufu Taiwo
Offers: “My offers now are James Madison, ODU, Fordham, Albany, Morgan, North
Carolina Central, Albany, and Delaware State.”
Others: “Some of the
others are Maryland, Rutgers, Towson, Iowa, Wake Forest Bowling Green, Toledo,
Ball State, Ohio, and a lot of the schools in that conference.”
What
those schools are waiting on: “They are waiting for senior film. I went to the
camps and was unstoppable there but they are waiting on senior film.”
College camps: “I went to Maryland, Towson, Rutgers, Ohio State, Virginia,
Monmouth, Toledo, and then Wake Forest. I think I’m going to try and make it to
Vanderbilt and Tennessee camps.”
Camp performances: “The camps were
amazing. I impressed every coach and put my name on their radars. The biggest
one was Ohio State. Their coaches came away impressed. Overall I think
everything went great.”

St. Mary's Ryken offensive lineman Barnabas Baning
Camps: “I just hit up a couple college camps at Tennessee, South Carolina, NC
State, and I went to Ohio State.”
Camp performances: “They went really
well. I impressed a lot of coaches and Tennessee was really trying to recruit
me. They just started looking at my film and South Carolina was the same. Their
coaches were impressed.”
Feedback: “They said that they liked me a lot.
They keep recruiting me and there is a possibility of offering. They want to get
a look at my film and stay in touch with me.”
Offers: “I have seven
offers now from Georgia State, Old Dominion, James Madison, Toledo, Monmouth,
Syracuse, and Coastal Carolina.”
Others: “It has been Ohio State, NC
State, Tennessee, South Carolina, Boston College, and a couple of other
schools.”
A favorite: “Not really. I’m just more into all of the schools.
I want to look into every single one of them before I start cutting them and see
which have stood out.”
A final decision: “I’m considering deciding by the
end of July but we’ll see. It just depends if I want to hold out for a couple
more months.”

Landon defensive lineman Keith Simms
Duke camp: “I performed well. I ran a 4.6 so I feel I ran well. I talked to
the coaches and they wanted me to come in as a tight end. They said offer wise
they’ll check back in with me during the season.”
Recruiting: “I’d say
the main ones are Penn State, Illinois, Maryland, and Virginia Tech. I like all
of those schools but if I had to choose one I’d say Penn State is (my favorite)
now.”

Towson athlete Ronje Wright
Camps: “I didn’t do any. I was injured so I felt I’d take the time to work on
some stuff.”
Recruiting: “It is JMU, Towson, and Liberty.”
Visits:
“I might go and visit UCONN too.”

Calvert Hall athlete Bryan Marine
Camps: “I did a couple of camps at Rutgers, Duke, and Wake Forest so far.
I’ll also be going to Stony Brook and Virginia.”
Camp performances: “I
performed good and think that I ran good. I did a lot of good things. I talked
to the coaches and it was a great experience. Now I am just waiting for the
season.”
Camp feedback: “My coach said that they’d be in contact with my
coach. That is what those three schools said.”
Recruiting: “I have one
offer from St. Frances in Pennsylvania. I think Bucknell, Columbia, Maine,
Richmond, Stony Brook, and there is one other one that I am missing.”
Division I offer: “It means a lot knowing how much I put into this game and to
have an offer from it.”
Others close to offering: “I feel as though
Richmond and Stony Brook are. Stony Brook was telling me to come to their camp
and they would offer.”
A favorite: “Right now it would probably be
Richmond or Stony Brook.”
A final decision: “I think I’ll decide at the
end of the season.”
