Does anybody have any idea who Danny King was trying to throw to...that seemed like a pretty odd choice when he had a man wide open down the sideline.

Their line looks really small and gets no push.
get the starters out, let all those underclassmen play some quality minutes...then maybe next year we won't have to hear how the whole team graduated and we have no returners.

That could be fh's biggest win of the season...their only hope to get one of the top two seeds in the playoffs is for somebody like catoctin to stumble.
Well if Todd's projections are correct and I think they are, FH won't have to travel to Dunbar at least.

I see it as their line looks weak Offensively and Defensively

I don't think their passing game is very good at all from what I've watched in two weeks, really to me their passing game kinda looks like Allegany or Fort Hill when they have to pass on 3rd and long out of desperation. Against Walkersville the big plays came right up the middle and it looks like their little back was doing most on his own. I honestly don't see this game being close at all but if it is I will be back her to admit it if I'm wrong
Catoctin played well against a good Walkersvilled team. A couple of plays called differently and Catoctin wins that game.
I don't know or understand what you say, but I saw a very good, well-rounded 1A team playing. I wouldn't underestimate this team.
I think FH will get to the qb, before he can pass. What did they beat Southern by around 35? They are a good 1A team, FH is way better than a good 1A team
But...but if they *do* get the passes off, lookout. As we all know, FH can't stop the pass. Quick two- or three-step drop pass plays will be very successful.
If the opponent has a QB being recruited by Penn State and an OL that gives him all day, and D1 level receivers, yes we all know FH can be thrown on. Outside of that FH has stuffed the other passing games. I dont see a 1A level QB that can throw all over FH. You will see this against Silver Oak when their QB gets picked. But I've been wrong before so we will see.
I do agree that this FH defense is still in learning and improving mode. Having said that, no in one MD 1A has a QB/wr combo like Prep did. So if that's your measuring stick on how FH defends a normal 1A passing game, it is definitely going to be skewed. Like Brian said, I think you will see that against silver oak.
I think they should be more worried about facing a qb that can run. This d line has had trouble all year getting to far up field and loosing contain. A good team will exploit that and it doesn't help one of the d lineman went out at halftime Friday to have his knee looked at.
