FH Band vs alco band! wait thats right larry jacksons band will pull a westinghouse! goin to an alco game is A funeral wake!FH game party like its 1999! NOT IN THE HISTORY OF FH/ALCO HAS ONE PERSON TRIED TO DESTROY SCHOOL SPIRIT!

I can accept an away game. But the Alco band misses some home games as well.... and, even when they show up they don't play the fight song after scores. The band disperses and mingles.

Sounds crazy, but when this crap happens to a home game.... Flag football between the team and any grads. No admission. Sure, open up the concession stand.... invite the crowd down to the field. Do something crazy! Have a community event.

Good thinking, Lag. How about playing some PeeWee football. Band could be there ( they planned to be there anyway ), kids get the chance to play under the lights, FH team could be there to root the youngsters on!!! Make some lemonade out of lemons!!

Now is the time for the community to shine.

As a minimum have the band play. Still do a fifty-fifty drawing... Hell, do something. You still have time to burn the phone lines. Even if you need a permit for something different, I am sure the city will quickly roll it through!!!

Invite as many for as many reasons as you can! Sometimes you think you have exhausted everything, but you haven't. You could get a hundred negatives until you strike gold.

I once had a celebrity NASCAR guy scheduled for a huge autograph event and he dropped out at the last minute. I stayed on the phone all day and actually did better. I got Richard Petty.

There used to be this thing on the schedule called the Alumni game. FH played their Alumni back in 1946 and was credited with a win. I still got game. Give me a uniform and I'll make it happen. FH would get no bonus points for the win however. I'll call Manges or Hare to see if they can play QB.

I am sure you have enough guys in town. Commercial Vid has the date open - with enough Alumni around they can do color commentary and make it really funny!!! How everybody is adding to their stats or lost a step!!

Seriously, do something... but you might want to keep it to flag.

Screw Alco band lol they dont play for the football team... It's sad to barely see your band at games and when they are there it's silence until halftime... I wish we had FH's Band.. They know how to play it up for the crowd and pump up their team..

I can remember a time when the drum section used to beat time to the cheers and the horn section used to play a little diddy after the cheer.
