This list must be made based on information from 2017/2018 year and nothing from 2018/2019. Deonte' Ferguson of Concordia Prep is not one of the top 2020 150?! If I'm not mistaken he led the MIAA in interceptions, was highly efficient in the Crab Bowl, and is technically sound!
