Jefferson joins the Queen City Quad

Jefferson HS out of Shenandoah Junction, WV has been added to the Quad on Aug 23 to replace Perry Hall. That's two months from now (whew!). Summer moves fast. James Jett is smiling somewhere.

This might be a pretty good pickup. Some posters on the WV Board think that Jefferson is going to be pretty good this year.
