Agreed. At least Appel and staff are humble and have the right mindset about this. Nothing is guaranteed. This team today wasn't a pushover. Had that second QB started, this might've been a different game.

The 2nd QB is the actual starter for the team. He was injured in week #5, I believe those were the first snaps he has played since then. But as it was stated above, he came out against the back ups.
