2022 QUEEN CITY QUAD
We have all four teams finalized for the 13th annual Queen City Quad Classic to be held August 20, 2022 at Greenway Avenue Stadium.
Two teams from last year will be returning. Queen Anne's and St. Frances Academy Varsity will back for the second straight season. Joining them will be Clarkson Football North out of Ontario, Canada.
CLARKSON FOOTBALL NORTH (Canada)
This will be an 8 hour drive for Football North but they are no strangers to American football. Their entire schedule the past six plus seasons have been played solely against opponents from the U.S. They line up with the best teams this country has to offer which includes teams such as IMG Academy (Florida), Ohio Division I state champion St. Edwards, St. Ignatius (OH), Erie Cathedral Prep (PA), St. Frances National, etc. They will bring a handful of Division 1 prospects to Cumberland and will offer another great opportunity for our players to measure themselves against high quality talent.
If anyone is interested in watching Clarkson Football North play IMG Academy from this past season here is a link on YouTube. Keep in mind this IMG Academy team is one of the top ranked teams in the county every single season. Football North has some big bodies so strap it on fellas.
