......................................................................................................
Oxon Hill athlete Anthony Dougherty
Camps: “Quite a few colleges want me to come down for one day camps. It has
been NC State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh, and of course Maryland.”
Coaches stopping by the school: “NC State, Arizona, Iowa, Pittsburgh, and
Towson are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. It was quite a few.”
Calls: “I’ve had one call from NC State but he said that he can only call
once. I usually call him.”
Visits: “No visits yet.”
Schools
recruiting the hardest: “I would say that Towson is. They were saying that I am
their #1 defensive back on the chart so far.”
......................................................................................................
McDonough athlete Josh Teachey
Camps: “I’m for sure going to the Maryland camp. I am supposed to go to the
Toledo camp, the Pittsburgh camp, and I might go to a few others.”
Calls:
“No.”
Coaches stopping by the school: “It has been Villanova, Kentucky,
Monmouth, Rutgers, Fordham, Towson, and I can’t really remember all of them.”
Offers: “Toledo.”
Others: “Maryland, Rutgers, and Old Dominion.”
Close to offering: “I think Old Dominion and Maryland are.”
......................................................................................................
Wise athlete Myles Wolfolk
Offers: “I have five offers from Clemson, Illinois, UCONN, Boston College,
and I just picked up SMU yesterday.”
Others: “I lot of schools have come
by our school. It has been Rutgers, Pitt, Arizona, Indiana, and I’ve been
hearing from Michigan State.”
Summer camps: “Right now I was thinking
Ohio State, Maryland, maybe Tennessee, and I was hoping to get down to Clemson.
It all depends.”
A final decision: “I’m probably going to make it after
my junior season, maybe.”
......................................................................................................
Bishop McNamara quarterback Ramar Williams
The Hawaii offer: “I believe they checked out my film and realized that I can
compete early coming out. They believed that if I continue to work I could fit
in with their school.”
How the offer came: “The secondary coach came up
to the school and I believe he sat down with my coach. He had seen my Hudl
video. He came to my classroom and told me that they are offering me.”
His first thoughts: “It was a great experience and something I’ve been dreaming
about. It is another step to get where I want to be in the NFL. I have to start
with college so the first one will be one I am going to remember.”
On
Hawaii: “Hawaii is a great school and I’ve heard plenty of things about it. It
is a great thing because I used to live out there for three years. I know a lot
about the school.”
Others: “Right now Maryland has been looking at me and
so has North Carolina and Georgia.”
Camps: “June 14th I believe I’ll be
attending the Maryland one day camp. I’ll probably be going to North Carolina
and Georgia as well.”
Close to offering: “Not that I am aware of right
now.”
......................................................................................................
Good Counsel defensive back Roger Richardson
Camps: “I might do one at UCONN. Other than that, I’m not sure if I’ll do any
more. It just depends on my schedule.”
Recruiting: “Boston College,
UCONN, Virginia, Georgia Tech, and Monmouth are some of the ones that I’ve
talked to.”
Calls: “The coach from Monmouth talks called me. We talk a
lot.”
Visits: “The last visit I went to was at UCONN for their junior
day.”
The situation at UCONN: “I’ll be getting one pretty soon. It will
before the summer or at the camp.”
A final decision: “I’ll definitely
make it before the season.”
A favorite: “Not really. I enjoyed all of
them.”
