St. Mary's Ryken lineman Barnabas Baning

Penn State trip: “It was great. I got to talk to the coaches and met a lot of
the fans.”

Visits: “They brought me in to get measured. Then they had me
watch practice. I got to see up close what Coach Hand was talking about. I also
got to see the facilities.”

The favorite part of the visit: “It was just
how passionate the coaches were for a practice. It was also how intense the
players and the fans were.”

Penn State status: “Coach Hand says that he
likes my form. He wants me to come down to camp and work with me 1-on-1.”

Visits: “I’m still deciding on going to either Virginia Tech or Boston
College next Saturday.”

Loyola Blakefield linebacker Darren Seward

Camps: “I’m going to the Rivals camp in New Jersey this Saturday. I’m also
thinking about a couple of college camps.”

Recruiting: “I’ve been getting
a lot of emails and letters from college. Some of them have been from Bucknell,
Gettysburg, Hopkins, and schools around the Towson/Baltimore area.”

Visits: “No, I haven't.”

La Plata wide receiver Jake Pilkerton

Camps: “I have the Rivals one in Baltimore this Sunday and then the Nike one
at the end of the month.”

Recruiting: “It has been a few colleges like
Towson, ECU, Fordham, and Elon.”

Visits: “I went to ECU last summer and
I’ve been to Towson. The coaches from ECU and Old Dominion have said that they
will be visiting my school after the 15th when it is legal for them to.”

Scholarship talk: “Towson, ECU, and Old Dominion have said that they might offer
me. I just need to get my times down a little bit and they will offer after.”

......................................................................................................

Towson running back Ronje Wright

Camps: “I will most likely go to Boston College and Maryland for camps. I
want to try and do my best to get myself a scholarship offer.”

Recruiting: “James Madison, North Carolina State, and Toledo are the biggest
three right now.”

Visits: “Not yet but I think this Saturday I’m going to
go to JMU for their spring football game.”

Scholarship talk: “JMU has.
They said they are thinking about offering me and Toledo has said that too.”

A favorite: “No, not really.”

Thomas Stone defensive back Trey Lee

Camps: “I’ll go to ODU and I just came back from a visit there. The coaches
are really interested in me and have sent hand written letters. I’ll try to go
to Rutgers and Temple wants me. Georgia Tech is a place I want to take a trip
to. Those are some of the main schools.”

Recruiting: “ODU has been
showing me a lot of love and also Rutgers. I’ve been talking to Coach Simpson at
Western Michigan. Coach Fran at Temple has been recruiting me hard. Some other
schools have contacted me on Facebook.”

The ODU trip: “It was great. The
visit actually surprised me. Everything that they were doing I really liked. It
was a great area and I was really comfortable there.”
