Question for anyone who knows

Does anyone know how the replay of the games work on Commercial Video Services site? I got home from work and was going to try and take in the game but when I got it hooked up it was already in 2nd Q. Do they just play it over and over or do they start at certain times?

We stream it when the broadcast on cable begins at 10pm. Once it is streamed, an archive of it can be viewed anytime.
