What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Thursday with lifting, technique, and constantly increasing my speed.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I've improved on my speed and strength mostly. I've increased my max for squatting and bench by 90 pounds, so I've gained more muscle mass.”
What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“I still want to improve on my size and technique as a running back. I feel like I’m at an okay size coming in at 180 pounds now, but I need to be 190 pounds to separate myself from others to be able to do everything as a running back.”
Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“Our first game is Patapsco. We have moved up a division and I feel as though we could most definitely come home with the win.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I definitely want to play sports in college and definitely would want it to be football. I’ve studied the sport and played it since I was 5 years old.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Colleges like Cornell, Liberty University, Yale, Vanderbilt, Lincoln university, Delta state University, Penn, and Eastern Michigan University have been looking at me.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’m making a college trip to Princeton University and Morgan State University for prospect camps this year.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I plan on making more trips to colleges if given the opportunity.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite college growing up was Penn State University because it has everything I want down to my profession.”
