How did the high school football season go overall?
“My season went great, but unfortunately it ended a little sooner than we wanted it to. We made it to the 2A state semifinals and had another dominant defense this year, with six shutouts throughout 13 games.”
What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“During the off-season, I will be doing outdoor track to help work on my explosive speed and to stay in shape. I also spend a lot of time in the gym lifting and working on technique.”
What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“As a player, I am trying to improve my flexibility and adding different pass rush techniques to my game.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel like we will finish better than we did this season and make it to the State Championship. One thing you can bet on is that we are going to put on a defensive showcase.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“I’m not sure who’s on our schedule, but nonetheless, we will be ready for any team we see between the lines.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“It’s my dream to play college football at the highest level as a defensive end. If I have the opportunity, I would also like to do shot put and discus.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have spoken with several schools such as Fairmont State University, Bowie State University and Ursinus College along with a couple others. I have not received any official offers at this point.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“During the off season of 2019, I participated in several college camps. Also, during the 2019 regular season, I had an unofficial visit with Bowie State.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“Right now, I’m focusing on rounding out my junior year and preparing for the SAT. Hopefully, this spring I will have the opportunity to visit more schools.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up
“The University of Oregon was my favorite college growing up. I’ve always looked at them as one of the toughest programs in the PAC-12.”
