How did the high school football season go overall?
“Overall the season went very well. We learned a lot of new things from My head coach, Coach Kates. I got a lot of exposure to different people and different schools, and we built a team that’s going to be real special next season.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Football is the only sport I play, so right now, I’m just working out with my trainer daily to stay in shape. Our off-season team workouts start soon for us, so I’ll be attending that.”

What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“I need to improve on leaving bad plays in the past and not let it affect me later in the game. Sometimes I try too hard to not make the same mistake instead of just playing my game.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“Next season is our season. Make sure you keep an eye on National Christian Academy. We are building something special over here.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“I don’t know who’s on next year’s schedule yet, but I do know Friendship Colligate Academy is usually on it. They’re always good competition.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I want to play football in college. I feel like I can play at any college and at any level. I believe in my talents. I just need coaches to believe in me.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’ve talked to Morgan State, Delaware State, and a little bit of Towson. I am just waiting on some offers to come through and coaches to take a shot on me.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I got a game invite from Delaware State. I went and viewed the school a little and had good conversations with the coaches.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I want to get up to Morgan State soon. I have a list of schools I can see myself at and would love to check out soon also.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Florida State was always my favorite college team.”
