How has the football season been going for your team?
“For me at this point, it is going really well. I’ve been coming up with a lot of pics and a few tackles here and there. My teammates go to war with me so I’m proud.”

What areas can your team improve on?
“Just in practice, we get ancy sometimes. We lose our focus. I think if we clean that up, we’ll be a great team at the end of the season.”

What do you know about your next opponent in Archbishop Spalding?
“I know we got to get those guys back for last year. I heard they started off well. They changed up at quarterback. We know they’ll air it out and have trick plays. We’ll be ready for them.”

What are the keys for your team to be successful?
“I think the biggest key is conditioning wise. We got short numbers compared to a lot of other schools. We got a lot of guys going both ways. We have to ball out. If we do that, we can win it all.”

Are colleges still recruiting you since you made a final decision?
“It has slowed down since I committed to Fordham University. There are a few guys still trying to get at me.”

What are some of the schools still trying to recruit you?
“James Madison and Army. I would say those two.”

What sold you on Fordham the most?
“It was really a business decision. I want to have a great career after college football. They offer great internship options. I know a lot of seniors on the team who have a job setup for them after they graduate. They are set. Compared to other schools, that was the best one for me.”

What percent would you say you are committed?
“Probably 90% maybe.”
