Why didn’t Fort Hill pass the ball after the first play. I realize they won big but this was a great game to work on it. I’m hoping that they will use it if it’s needed next week.

This staff has continued the tradition of just not utilizing the pass to enhance the running game. Sure maybe they didn't need it, but when you have a rare game like Catoctin, or every time you play Dunbar, or a Friendship, you really need to be able to throw a pass in here and there.

Douglas beat Dunbar by 2 tds in 18. FH would have dusted Dunbar that year. Pass, run whatever. Same this year. FH wins with offensive balance, faster D to the ball and experience. 38-24

They opened with a PAP against Erie Cathedral Prep. Didn't score, but it was like a 25 yd gain.

I loved it because they stacked the box. I just don’t understand why in the second half when they put all 11 men up on the line why Fort Hill didn’t even throw a screen pass at least.
I love a physical football game but there was no reason for the running backs to take that punishment in my view. And they could have loosened up that Defense so much. The biggest reason for me though would be to give the kids confidence in the passing game in case they need it next week

I was wondering why the Sentinels went for two on the one extra point when they didn’t need it. I thought maybe they were trying to get into EW’s heads by asserting their dominance at the line with the running game.

With ridge going for 2 now maybe it was just practicing it in case they need it
