Linganore

Has anyone heard about small areas of the districts changing and some students going from Oakdale to Linganore?

To be honest, I have not been following this at all. I will post a link below to the FCPS website which has a whole page dedicated to the LOU (Linganore-Oakdale-Urbana) redistricting study. There is an interactive map showing the options and from what I can tell, the 2 draft options have the Oakdale boundary remaining the same. Both options show Linganore taking from the Urbana boundary, with Option 2 taking a significant portion more from Urbana than Option 1. It doesn't appear that either option has anyone going from Oakdale to Linganore, just Urbana to Linganore. But again, I haven't been following this much at all so that is just from a quick glance at the map.
