I give Hansel Credit for Changes and at least trying to Win with what he has instead of just doing the same old thing and running the Wing-T and just going through the motions all day just trying to keep the score down as we have seen so many coaches do previously.
FH 14 Alco 0 2nd Quarter about 5 Minutes left.
Alco has stopped FH a few times already but can't seem to move the ball, the turnover on the first drive really killed them or it might have been only 7-0 right now.

Dude, they know exactly who they are playing. the FH kids understand the situation Allegany is in, they aren't trying to kill them. The Coaching Staff isn't trying to embarrass the Alco kids, the game plan for FH is just like at a scrimmage.

Anytime FH goes out of the norm, which is running 99% of the time, you know they are trying to not embarrass anybody.
On the other hand, FH is not a well oiled machine and they can barely get a play off without the clock almost running out or taking a time out. The passing game is horrific at best. If FH is as deep and talented as everybody says and we are being honest, they are underperforming.

I can just imagine if PowerRamRight (maybe it should be PublicRelationsRight) was in charge of the football program FH hands out. The cover would be like the classic issue of National Lampoon... "If you don't praise the Sentinels, we'll kill this dog."

Soooooo right onering..It is my view and it isn't glowing...it also isn't hating. I am a Sentinel fan and when they play flat and uninspired I will critique them in a non-glowing way. Those kool-aiders can't stand it which kind of makes it even better. I don't usually respond to such passive aggressive nonsense but it was obviously somebody who had nothing to add themself so they are just trolling. This is not the view, it's not court, quit asking questions and make a dam point

well yeah they are under performing, the game was going to be a BLOW OUT No Matter What.....
The Coaches and the Players at FH No the Situation on the other side, it's normal to not want to embarrass your neighbors and friends.
This isn't the same as if both teams were coming in to the game and it was a battle. FH could of played their JV Team Today and Won because that's pretty much what Allegany is doing.
FH has showed class and compassion and Allegany has played their Hearts out all day long.

You really think they cared about not embarrassing Alco? Even if this was a winless camper team, FH would want to destroy them. We have seen for many yrs Appel go for a running clock against teams by leaving starters in. There is no compassion especially at homecoming..

FH was shooting linebackers down to the last play of the game. They were definitely trying, it’s obvious you weren’t at the game. FH completed the long pass on third and long or it would have been 14-0 at the half lol... you think that’s the score FH wanted you are way off. They knew Allegany was going try to throw into the endzone on the last play of the game and they blitzed so he wouldn’t have time to throw deep. If it was what you are saying they wouldn’t have blitzed on the last play up 38-14. You are way off, everyone knows FH wanted a running clock and couldn’t get it.

They may not have had a running clock, but they got the W. However, if feel good/moral victories counted, it would not be a 12 year homecoming loss stretch. I guess it’s all in what’s important to each team. Here’s to the W.
