I read Fredrick Cadets are picked to be the best team in Frederick County. If true what a turn around. Do you remember how bad they were just a few years ago? top 5 they had listed were 1. Frederick 2. Liganore 3. Oakdale 4. Middletown 5. Walkersville

On the MOCO county board Frederick is ranked between 3 and 5, with Linganore and Oakdale being 1 and 2. I'm wondering if the Frederick paper is a slight bit partial. Kinda reminds me of last year when the local media showed how little they knew and started picking Mt. Ridge over Fort Hill only to see Fort Hill win by four touchdowns. Anyway, They are claiming that the Frederick QB is the best in the country. That's a huge statement, a kid playing this year by the name of Arch Manning may have an opinion of his own on that. They are also claiming that Frederick is loaded with talent in the backfield, it may be true. Their question is the D and O lines. I'll tell you that if their line play is bad, they don't have a chance of knocking off the big dog, Linganore. If Oakdale stays healthy this year, Frederick won't be within three touchdowns of them.
