Everyone here has the same pick for the winner, but how lopsided is this going to be? Or maybe we should ask how long Northern can keep the crowd's attention before the first run for stadium pizza?

Is there any chance this game is within 14 points at the half? Or is this game over by the end of the 1st quarter?

Fort Hill 42 - Northern 14

I understand there was a bomb threat at Fort Hill today. I don't know if the game has postponed or not?

My sources tell me that the threat actually made mention of the game tonight.

As for the game, Fort Hill should be able to dictate the score. I think Northern will play really tough though. Depending on whether FH comes out and plays conservative or tries some new things, etc...might reflect the score differential. I have a sneaky feeling that FH might play a bit like they did against Ridge, spreading it out a little more to try some different looks.

I would say 45-6

I look for FH to put it on them, northernnorthern's be scared to play FH. Now you have to, so FH puts it on them.
63-7 FH

28-27 Northern with the upset in a shootout thriller lol Seriously though FH may sleep on Northern and may only be up by 40 at the Half...

Northern wins by forfeit. All doors and windows get nailed shut by Northern. Oh wait, Randy and Chance Tyler squeeze through a crack and run rampant on Northern foiling their efforts. Go Big Red!

You had me for a millisecond. ;)

Seriously though, while I'm feeling good about FH's chances in moving on to the next round - these types of games always freak me out. It's bonechilling cold, a team like Northern that knows they have to leave every ounce of grit on the field, and FH players (possibly) not going full force if the score is really lopsided - and there is always that risk of injury. For various factors, not saying intentionally or anything - but the temperature, aggressive play, and carelessness aren't always good ingredients.

This is where I just pray that all teams make it through to the next round healthy.

I look for an intense Red Storm. Local teams who don't get to see each other and one making a statement they are Number 1 for a reason.

That's why last week I said FH should let their 2nd string play this game and I would imagine they will in the 2nd half...
