Fort Hill vs Newtown impressions

Fort Hill #1s 21 vs New Town #1s 7. it was a pretty good 1st half. New Town size hindered FH maybe just a bit. Then in a horrible display of sportsmanship the New Town coaching staff thought it was wise to leave their 1st team offense and defense on the field the entire 2nd half, as FH played their 2nd and 3rd string. thank that the officials stopped the scrimmage. Yes New Town I said scrimmage, this wasn't a state championship game. Good for you that it wasn't FH 1s would have destroyed you in the 2nd half. FH players and coaching showed lots of class, as for NT AD might want to have a talk with your coaching staff. couple of game notes, FH defense needs a little work, offense is solid, although there may be a little QB competition brewing. BTW I am not not a Fort Hill guy, so this is not a homers review.

everybody looked solid in 1st half. looks like #9 and #15 may be in a battle for the starting qb job. tailbacks, wing backs, and wide receivers are all inter changeable. fullback is solid. defense may need a little work, should tighten things up the more they play together. very athletic bunch.
