Fort Hill fullback question

FH seems to have found a true fullback with #3. I have heard the "nay-sayers" all year say that #20 is not a "true" fullback.
The return of #32 to be the fullback never panned out. With that in mind, why wasn't #3 put in at the fullback position earlier in the season?

What I heard through the grapevine was, he is only a soph, a little new to the system, got dinged up a little in the queen city quad. Took a while to get him to this point. I think he is there to stay.

He's only going to get bigger, stronger, and faster...very similar running style to Josh Page. He could be a nightmare the next couple years.

He'll be great for sure but he needs to learn to properly take a hand off.
