Anyone have information about Delaware Highschool football. I read currently the season is in jeopardy

They got a raise to $84 per game. But the refs want $100 a game due to travel costs (inflation). They also have a ref shortage like every state.
My decision would be quick if in charge. They get $100 per game they ask for. We also play games with 3 officials. I know the refs hate when I make such a statement but if I have to chose between kids not playing games and using 3 officials instead of the minimum 5 required by the NFHS... that's an easy decision. I'm tired of all the safety liability reasons we can't do things in this world. If the world had been like this 75 years ago, most of the things we have would not be in place.
