What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I have been workings out in my basement five days a week, because it is like a mini gym.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“The thing I have improved on since last football season has definitely been my strength and size. Last year, I never really worked out and I could only bench about 150. Now I can bench press 225. My weight has gone from about 160 to 180.”
What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“Before this season begins, I’ll be trying to improve my size the most. I have the talent definitely in my favor but in the size aspect I’m way to skinny. It was hard for me to tackle big defenders last season.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“This year, I think my team will do great. We shouldn’t lose more than one game honestly.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“The most competition I feel like we play this year is St. Mary’s Ryken.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against this fall?
“The toughest player we will face off with is Will, #11 of St. Mary’s Ryken.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I would like to play college football. If I had to pick a school, I would like to play at Tennessee because my family has history there.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I haven’t been recruited by any colleges yet. This is why this year is my statement season. We should definitely follow this question up after the season.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“No, I haven’t made any college trips yet, but I will during the winter.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, my favorite colleges were Tennessee and Georgia.”
