What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve really been focusing on my footwork and explosiveness lately.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I think I’ve improved most with my footwork and leverage.”
What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“I’ve been trying to become a better leader and just making my all-around game better.”
Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“Our season opener is against South River, who I think is a very good team. They have a lot of good players in all positions, but I think we’ll be able to handle our own against them.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I want to play football in college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have an offer from Culver-Stockton and I’ve also been recruited by many Division 2 teams.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I think Shepherd has been recruiting me the hardest.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have made visits to Frostburg State, Delaware State, and Shepherd this summer.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I’ll be making some game day visits this fall to some schools I’m focusing on.”
What camps did you do this summer and how did they go?
“I went to the DMV showcase, Rutgers camp, Shepherd camp, and Maryland camp. I feel I performed well. I learned a lot from the coaches on how to improve my game.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite team growing up was TCU.”
