What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“I have been running with the track team throughout the week while lifting and doing position work in the morning before school.”
What do you feel you have improved on the most since football ended?
“I feel I have improved my flexibility and have gotten stronger. This year doing track while throwing and running, I have gotten faster and my running form has improved my 40-time.”
What are your areas of focus going forward?
“I am focused on never being satisfied with where I am. I am always trying to do extra and strive to be the best student-athlete.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“The Saint Mary's Ryken Knights will be the talk of next year. We are going to take over our league. Our theme last year was shock the world. The two years previous we had losing records of 3-7 and 1-9. Then God blessed our organization with a great head coach in Aaron Brady to come change the culture. We ended up going 9-1. This year the theme is Ring Season. We are looking forward to being the champs this year.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“I would say our toughest game on the schedule or most important would be Bullis. We came up a little short against them last year in losing by seven. That was our only loss, so I believe we will be looking forward to round two.”

“I want to go to college and play football. Football has always been my passion and I plan to use football as a way to change the community. Whether I go professional or I take my major and get a job.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I have a very busy summer ahead of me, so I am trying to go to as many camps as I can. I’m sure I’m going to Temple, Maryland, and Rutgers as of right now.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, I was a big fan of Ohio State and Clemson. Clemson just always had a great legacy and culture of great people. They also have a great fan base and great players. As far as Ohio State, they just have a great program and fan base. Growing up, it was always about the fans cheering you on while you play the game you love.”
