What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I've been doing the workouts that Coach Budroni has been posting every day and make changes based on what equipment I have.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel like I'm a lot stronger and faster than I was at the end of last season.”
What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“I'm trying to continue improving my balance and footwork, which is something I feel like I struggled with a bit.”
How has Covid-19 factored into your workouts?
“Covid-19 has changed my workouts because I'm not able to get into the weight room and I have to make use of the equipment I have at home, which isn't the same.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I feel like our team has the potential to be really great. I think we definitely have the talent and it's just all about putting it together and executing on the field.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Pallotti is always someone on our schedule who we definitely have to prepare really well for and it's always a tough game when we play them.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against this fall?
“Someone that I had to go against last year was Christopher Boti, the DT from Pallotti. He's a D1 athlete with really good hands and he's definitely one of the best guys I've gone against.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I hope to play football in college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I've been in contact with a couple Division 3 schools like Gettysburg, Rochester, Bridgewater, Randolph-Macon, and a couple others have all reached out.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“University of Rochester just recently was my first offer, which is really cool.”
Have you made any college trips yet
“I haven't made any college visits yet.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I definitely hope to able to take some visits whenever I'm able to.”
What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“I haven't committed to attending a camp yet, but I want to try and go to a camp at Columbia this summer.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“For some reason, my favorite college was Texas. I always just liked them whenever they were on TV.”
