What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Lately, I’ve been caught up with track which just came to a close for me at regionals. It’s been taking up most of my time as late and the off-season is here. I’ve also been lifting a lot to get myself overall stronger for this upcoming season.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“One of the things I’ve definitely most improved on is my quickness as a route runner and solidifying my hands with any type of ball thrown to me. Also, my mental strength has gone up with confidence as a player.”
What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“Speed is something I’m always looking to improve on before the season comes to a start along with any more tweaks I need for my releases off the line.”
Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“Gaithersburg is our season opener game which is a very solid team if you look at their players and coaching staff. Overall, it should definitely be a good game and I know they’re working in the off-season to beat us just as much as we’re working to beat them.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I definitely would love to continue football in college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’ve had a decent amount of colleges recruit me such as Liberty, Marshall, Amherst, Bowdoin, Catholic, St. Lawrence, St. Anselm, Stevenson, Shenandoah, Gettysburg, and more.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“There hasn’t been a school that’s seemed to have stand out more than others when it comes to recruiting.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’ve made one to Ohio State, but other than that, no.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“Yes, I have plans to attend more visits.”
What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“Definitely Liberty, Marshall, and Wake Forest camps are ones I plan to attend. There are possibly some other smaller camps along the way.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, I never really looked at one specific college. As I was going into the end of middle school, West Virginia University is a school that’s always caught my attention.”
