How did the high school football season go overall?
“It went pretty good for us considering we were only expected to win one game. Everyone was doubting every game we went into and we balled out as a team.”
What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I plan on playing basketball for the school team and attending football workouts.”
What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“I want to become a better leader for my teammates, and I want to be a figure my teammates and the community can look at as a positive role model.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I believe we have the talent to go all the way next year. It’ll just depend on how hard we work this off-season. With it being my senior year, I am going to push all of my teammates every day.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“Huntingtown. They embarrassed us last year and they do have good talent, but we all have a chip on our shoulder after that loss.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I plan on playing football in college. I hope I receive a D1 offer. I don’t care what school, I just want the opportunity.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have received a few camp invites and one game invite, but other than that, no official offers or conversation with any schools yet.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“If I get any invites.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“No, but when I was in middle school. I saw a picture of Deshawn Watson on a magazine cover and I’ve been a Clemson fan ever since.”
