What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“This off-season, I've just been lifting, getting stronger, and mastering my craft.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel that my pass rush technique has really improved since last year. I've learned some new moves from some of the best coaches in the country down at Clemson and Georgia.”
What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“I really want to improve on my ability to split double teams. I feel that if I can make double teaming me a chore, I can really change the game for my team.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I feel that my team will go undefeated this year without a doubt.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Our toughest competition this year I feel will be Georgetown Prep. I've heard their running back is really good.”
Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“This year, we start with our rival Gilman. I feel that they're going to come play most definitely, but I see us coming out with a win.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I want to play college football after my time at Loyola.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Currently, I don't have any scholarship offers but I have been contacted by Temple and Georgetown.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have taken one visit at Morgan State so far this summer.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“Because of football and work, I probably won't be visiting any other colleges this summer.”
What camps did you do this summer and how did they go?
“This summer I attended Liberty, Temple, Pitt and University of Maryland football camps.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, I was always in love with the University of Miami because of the legends that went there like Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, and Warren Sapp.”
