“I've been doing a lot of pushups and defensive back drills a lot lately.”

“I think I've improved my strength and route running a lot since my sophomore year.”

“I haven't been able to lift, but I've been doing off weight workouts.”

“I think my team has a chance to go deep in the playoffs for the third year in a row.”
