How has the football season been going for your team?
“I feel the high school season is going well. It has been pretty hard. We are all doing well as a team. Overall I think it has been phenomenal.”
What areas can your team improve on?
“The things we can improve on are not getting comfortable after wins and good games. We need to keep working hard in practice. We are doing a good job with that now.”
What do you know about your next opponent in Episcopal?
“I know last year we lost to them on senior night and I know that the guys are going to be hungry. They have great team speed and have a really good offense and defense. It’ll be one of those tough games for us. We have to focus in practice and stay focused during the game.”
Do you want to play football in college?
“It is something I’d love to do.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’ve been to Maryland and Penn State. They invited me for games and I talked to both of their running back coaches. I am only a sophomore so they haven’t really been able to reach out to me too much.”
Are there any other schools?
“It is just those two for now.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“They are pretty similar.”
Do you have any plans for fall game day trips?
“Not that I have in mind.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite college has been Maryland. My mom went to Maryland and my dad grew up around Maryland. I have always been a Maryland fan.”
