How did the high school football season go overall?
“As a team, we showed poor execution of coaching points and lack of physical effort. But personally, the season went well for me. I showed a lot of progress since my ninth-grade year when I first started playing football, so there is plenty of room for improvement.”
What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Now I have already entered the track team at my school, and I plan on lifting heavy two days out of the week with my workout partner. I have high hopes of playing football at the collegiate level on a full scholarship.”
What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“Other than speed and strength, I am trying to work my overall game knowledge and technique for faster reactions and decision making in-game.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“Next season, I believe my team will be full of skilled determined young men. The only thing I fear is our lack of linemen. If my in-school recruiting goes well, we will do well this approaching season.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“Being that my school size is 1, any team that is in the 3A and 2A division will be trouble for us because my school is known for having a small team of about 20 players. If everyone else realizes that numbers don’t matter and rely on technique, we will be just fine.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I surly do want to play football in college. I don’t have a specific college I want to go to yet. I just want to go to school for free to take the stress off of my mother’s shoulders, so the goal is to go to the best school I can that provides Computer Science as a major for free.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I currently have zero schools that have been recruiting me, but they’ll be on their way soon.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I currently have been to North Carolina A&T, Delaware State, and Bowie State for college visits.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, I loved to watch Boise State play ball. I liked how their defense had the capacity to cover a wide variety of offensive schemes.”
