“We had a close loss against Georgetown Prep that cost us the championship, but it still was a good season.”
What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“It’s no days off with 200+ pushups, 50+ jump squats, and 40+ pull-ups. Strength and speed training in gym before track starts in March.”
What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“Flexibility, foot speed and strength.”

“We can compete in every game and we want to be the best version of ourselves we can be.”

“Ourselves. We have the talent. We just need to stay healthy and focused.”
