How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“Everything going pretty good this season. We lost to Potomac, but we will definitely bounce back.”
Who is your next opponent? What are your thoughts on them overall?
“Glen Burnie is our next opponent. Last year, we let them hang around and gave them a game. If we are mentally and physically prepared, everything will go right.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“We definitely can improve on not having penalties and running the ball.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“Our team will be successful as long as we practice hard and watch film. You play how you practice, so if we execute in practice, we will excite in the game.”
What are your goals for the rest of the season?
“My goal for the season is to be the best I can be to help my team win. Being a leader is hard, but I want someone to be able to say I was a great leader at the end of the year and that is coaches included.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I want to play football in college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“There’s a few colleges that have been recruiting me. I have four D2 offers from Fairmont State University, West Liberty, Frostburg, and Notre Dame College in Ohio. There was a few d1 schools looking at me such as Kent State, Old Dominion, and Morgan State.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’ve been on four college visits to Old Dominion, Towson, Morgan State, and West Virginia.”
Do you have plans for game day trips this fall?
“Not yet.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“No, I’m not that big on college football.”
