“We started off with a hiccup but practiced a little harder. We are excited for this weekend.”
What areas can your team improve on?
“We need to start block the d-ends better so we can get outside. We have to be more technically sound and be able to put up as many points as possible.”
What do you know about your next opponent in Middletown?
“They are a pretty good team but I think we’ll matchup good with them. We got size and we are physical. We are ready.”
What are the keys for your team to be successful?
“We got a young group of kids. I think the seniors will step up and by leaders. We will lead by example.”
Why did you commit to James Madison?
“I’ve been down there and they have a gorgeous campus and their coaches are amazing. I really fit in well down there. It is physical and they run the ball.”
Who else was considered?
“Probably Richmond and Villanova.”
Are any other schools still recruiting you?
“I’ve had a couple of schools still recruiting me. I have a walk-on offer from Maryland. Pitt is also there.”
What are your thoughts on the walk-on opportunity?
“That is great because I’ve always grown up following them. It is the in-state school. It is awesome.”
Are you considering the walk-on spot at Maryland?
“We got to see how this year plays out. We’ll see.”

“I was at JMU for a visit already. My official visit is the second week of January I am pretty sure.”
