How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“The football season is going very well right now.”
Who is your next opponent? What are your thoughts on them overall?
“We play Ryken. I’m just worried about playing Riverdale right now, but I believe we can beat anybody if we play our best game.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“We can improve on a lot as a team. I think we can improve on communication on and off the field.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“Playing as one unit and all having the same goal, which is winning a WCAC championship.”
What are your goals for the rest of the season?
“One of the main goal goals mine is to help lead my team to a championship and to make sure my team knows I played my heart out every year.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I do plan on playing football in college. I would like to play with Hampton because that is an alma mater for my family, but if I get a bigger school or something else that fits me, I will definitely consider it.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I currently have one offer from North Carolina Central University. I have talked to other college coaches too.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I went to camp at North Carolina Central, Wake Forest, and ODU.”
Do you have plans for game day trips this fall?
“We have one trip to Richmond to play against Episcopal.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
