PIAA attempts to separate public from private

This will be a monumental swing in regards to the fairness act. Other states are closely following this new bill. While every Pennsylvania high school sports admin admits the level of unfairness between public and private competition levels have grown large they have stood by an old government ruling that allow the two to compete for the same titles. Maryland has always kept public and private separate.
