How was the 1st official day of fall sports practices?

I know that schools have had workouts and other things throughout the summer... but it is something else when you have that first official day of fall practice. Season will be getting underway soon. I love this time of year!!!

Middletown looks much better than last year. That atrocious line has gotten bigger and added some really good looking sophomores from JV who should improve the biggest weakness on the team.
