Looks like it will be another mad scramble to get in sporting events again this fall and winter. If half the games scheduled are played I will be surprised. Local games maybe, nothing against opponents from other districts or other states. No state playoffs in Maryland I'm feeling pretty certain about based on what is currently being discussed with COVID and the newer variants.
Kids/parents chose not to get vaccinated for whatever reasons. It looks like less than 25% of students got the vaccine. I support choice, but then you live with the consequences and quit crying about them. It will continue into the winter sports as well. COVID will be with us for another couple of years as I have stated many times the past 20 months.
