It was a good physical game. Alco played hard, fh did not take advantage of alcos mistakes. If they capitalized on alcos mistakes they would have scored 50. Fh is the best 1a team in the state. I was proud of alcos support. Seats were full and they were making noise. Hopefully we can do it again in 2 weeks.

I think the defense can make you a little flat. If we get to play again alco will be more confident. Losing by 20 something is a moral victory against fh
I think FH did capitalized on Alco mistakes. They scored on 3 Alco turnovers. I dont think it would've really mattered though as FH was clearly gonna win. Fh's defense was dominant all day. They are who we thought they were, the best 1A team and favorites to win State...
Watching the game now in the 1st half - Alco already has 3 turnovers. FH was not flat. Allegany was pounding them on defense early in the game. Johnson is insignificant so far - he is getting stuffed on the run. He could have been very unlucky on his fumble a the 50. So far, FH is lucky and Allegany unlucky. Allegany is also making a ton of mental mistakes along with the fumbles.
It has been said on here by many that Darr's 3 fumbles in the first half of last year's Homecoming was due to Alcos hard hitting as opposed to luck. Since yesterday's homecoming had a ton of hard hitting does that also apply to Alcos 3 fumbles?
